Once you’ve decided that Rowan Hall Interiors is the perfect fit for you, we will send over a letter of agreement. This document will tell you exactly what to expect in every stage of your project. You’ll find out how to contact the Rowan Hall team, how to pay your invoices and more. Once your letter of agreement is signed and your retainer fee paid, our team of expert interior designers will begin bringing your dreams to life!
Step 3: Trade Day
It’s finally time for the work to begin! Our team will kick off your project with a trade day. This onsite meeting will consist of taking measurements, photographing where the project began, establishing project criteria, and more. If there is any remodeling involved, the Rowan Hall Interiors team will initiate construction plans and ensure we have all the information needed to perfect your project game plan.
Step 4: Design Work
Equipped with the details needed to begin creating a project plan, our team will begin to craft a design that will bring your vision to life. During this step, we will select every detail. We will procure estimates, source materials, create drawings, and finalize each element of our proposed design. We make sure lead times, availability and pricing is right on target before we present, and we’re confident in every detail when we get to the next step. We’ve combed through every option so you don’t have to, and our final presentation reflects what our team of design professionals has decided is the best way to spend your dollars wisely.

Occasionally, there will be tweaks to the design based on your preferences. Perhaps you wish for blue trim instead of green on your sofa pillows. Our expert designers will quickly make these adjustments and get the ball rolling on your project!
Step 6: Order Placement
This is where the behind the scenes work and waiting game begins. Once your deposit has been collected, our team will place and receive every order necessary to bring your project to life. This is when you get to sit back, relax, and let Rowan Hall Interiors create the magic for you. You may not hear from us much, but rest assured you don’t have to spend months worrying about your project because that is what we’re doing. We’re accepting deliveries, ensuring nothing arrives damaged, and correcting any issues before you ever know about them. We store every delivery in our climate-controlled warehouse, where your items will remain until install day.
